What Are Your Rights as a Relevant Person?

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, as a relevant person, you have rights and pursuant to the Article 11, paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and Communique on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, you can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Relevant Person Application Form;

  • Through a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt, in order to identify you and not to inform wrong people,
